Responsibilities

  • Learn Adwanted Connected and SRDS BRAD products comprehensively and provide helpdesk support and training remotely and in-person where necessary.
  • Develop, grow and maintain strong working relationships with all clients and be the first port of call for queries, understanding when to escalate.
  • Through helpdesk support to clients, regularly log and feedback on the systems to our product managers, reporting software bugs, record repeat requests or issues to help prioritise product development.
  • Update content, focusing on gaps in data for Adwanted Connected with accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Learn how to update publications through our online updating system, maintaining response rates and ensuring all key publishers have been communicated with.

Product and Data Executive for Adwanted Connected

Adwanted Connected offers independent media research, analysis and planning apps providing information in one simple to use platform. As the UK’s largest single-source of media data, it’s the first stop for agencies, media owners, brands and academic institutions.

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or equivalent with strong numeracy and client handling skills, you’ll be fully supported and trained to achieve the requirements of the role.

Role Summary

Gather client feedback, monitor industry trends and UI/UX latest thinking to identify and specify improved ways of delivering our data to clients through new and improved functionality. Assist in loading more complex datasets into our data platform, to question our approach where appropriate and be instrumental in helping us to find more efficient ways for all data to be loaded.

Main Responsibilities

Product

  • Gather feedback and usage data for product improvement.
  • Create persuasive business cases for development initiatives and secure resources.
  • Translate development requirements into precise software specifications.
  • Manage stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on development plans.
  • Oversee and ensure smooth, on-schedule project execution.
  • Raise and prioritise maintenance tickets and monitor their resolution.

Data

  • Maintain and update reports across the Adwanted Connected platform.
  • Backup for uploading data across the Adwanted Connected platform.
  • Monitor and assist clients on the Adwanted Connected and BRAD helpdesks.
  • Assist the Data Team in keeping press titles updated with the latest media information (until mid-2024).
  • Proactively search for new industry terms to update our glossary (until mid-2024).

About You

  • You’re an enthusiastic team player keen to learn
  • You’ll have some MySQL, MS SQL and even maybe some Adobe XD which would be an advantage
  • You’ll be highly numerate and use your skills for creative problem solving
  • You’ve proven you can be organized and demonstrate attention to detail
  • You have strong communication skills – both written and oral
  • You’ve some experience of working with clients or customers
  • If you have a good UX UI understanding this will be an advantage

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for finding the very best speakers and industry experts in media and advertising, with the ultimate goal of delivering the best conferences in the media and advertising sectors. Working with our Head of Conference Production, you will identify senior leaders to speak on our key content topics, jump on calls with the top minds in the industry, and create alliances with key partners to deliver brilliant B2B event content. Our clients have come to expect a very high standard of speakers and event content, and your role will be crucial to driving that forward.

Who are you?

We’re seeking a highly motivated, personable person to join our team. Above anything else, we are looking for someone with a desire to get stuck in and learn. The ideal candidate will love the idea of pitching ideas on calls and in person, jumping on stage to interview a leader, and searching for the world’s best speakers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on the best industry speakers and beyond for key content areas
  • Identify high-level speakers, including arranging research calls with them to uncover insights
  • Book speakers both from within and outside the industry, meeting key deadlines

We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientated Digital Sales Specialist to join the AudioTrack team in driving revenue growth via our digital audio solutions. What you will do:

  • Prospect, identify and close new business opportunities with digital creative, media agencies and brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the digital advertising audio space.
