ESG and B Corp
ESG issues have always been a key part of Adwanted UK’s values and goals, now we’re taking that a step further and are very proud to have begun our journey towards attaining B Corp status.
Environmental, social, and corporate governance
We are committed to building a workplace that encourages individuals to be their true selves and reach their full potential by providing an atmosphere of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe that we ensure a future of success for our business when our values match our people, every voice is listened to, and every decision considers the impact made on individuals.
Adwanted UK is dedicated to reducing the impact of its activities on the environment, including the company’s operations as well as the impact of our supply chain and the products/services we create. We aim to become a carbon neutral business by 2024 and are committed to reducing our GHG emissions footprint, total waste, and unnecessary water consumption.
B stands for Benefit for all.
The B Global Network mobilizes the B Corp movement to change our economic system to positively impact all stakeholders — workers, communities, customers, and our planet.
B Corp Movement Manifesto
Together, we transform the global economy to benefit all people, communities, and the planet. Together, we lead economic systems change that will realize our vision of an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy. Together, we create standards, policies, tools, and programs that shift the behavior, culture, and structure of capitalism. Together, we’re changing the rules of the game so that all businesses have to balance profit and purpose. Together, we’re building a movement of people using business as a force for good.
Together, we won’t stop until all business is a force for good.
At the beginning of 2023, Adwanted UK made a commitment to work towards becoming a B Corp company. We fully embraced the challenge and have made great strides in the right direction but still have a way to go. We hope to be ready to submit our assessment in September 2023 and will keep our fingers crossed for success.
